During the volumetric dosing process, the robot doses each ingredient independently and simultaneously. The immediate production capacity, especially during demand peaks, significantly reduces the “time to market”. Automation also reduces manual work, thus limiting errors, and only requires a single shift to ensure a continuous operation of the solution. Using independent, self-contained syringes, the solution dispenses with the need for a scale. It enables ingredients to be simultaneously dosed and injected into the final vessel, thus limiting recombination and reduces waste. Additionally, the dosing using syringes equipped with advanced technology guarantees a constant precision level throughout the process. The design of the CP-PERFORM+ machine is based on a compact approach and features a modular installation, allowing it to easily adapt to various industrial environments. This feature eliminates the need for preliminary work and makes stock elevation unnecessary. The CP-PERFORM+ solution can be upgraded to CP-BOOST, allowing for scalability to meet increased demand, upgrading the existing robot.
