In this simultaneous and volumetric dosing process, the robot doses each ingredient independently, thanks to COLIBRI technology.
Using independent, self-contained syringes, the solution dispenses with the need for a scale. It enables ingredients to be simultaneously dosed and injected into the final vessel, thus limiting recombination.

Immediate production capacity, especially during peaks in demand, considerably reduces "time to produce". In fact, this solution makes it possible to fully automate the heart of the formula, depending on the configuration. The dosing performed by the syringes maintains a constant level of precision throughout the process, conferring superior quality to the composition.
The conception of the CP-PERFORM machine is based on a compact approach and features a modular installation, making it easy to adapt to a diversity of industrial environments.
